Skype Session with Mama and Carlo

My mom and I used to chat often at YM. A few months ago, she told me that she has her own laptop already and she asked her friend to install Skype as recommended by my grandfather.

Despite our busy schedules, we see to it that we’d be able to chat at least once in every two weeks. Our first Skype session is full of bloopers. Carlo was amazed upon seeing me eating his favorite McDo Cheeseburger meal

Last week, I was able to have a short webcam session with Carlo, Mama and Ate Virgie through the help of their housemate. It was our first webcam session for more than six months.

My brother had his much-deserved hair cut three days before the screencaps were taken. I don’t really like the idea of seeing him wearing a long hair.

Through the photos, I realized that Carlo is growing up looking like our dad. Waaaah. He’s such a cutie!

Carlo and Ate Virgie recently celebrated their first year in England. Woah. It’s been a year already!

When will I see them again? Hmmm… In due time

Webcam Pictures: 2002 and 2008

Eversince the day my mom bought my ACER laptop as a graduation gift, Carlo and I spent most of our time watching Zaido videos at YouTube or just taking picture using ACER Crystal Eye webcam. I can say that I look better now in my photos compared to those taken way, way back.

Just this evening, I went back to my old personal website (my website at geocities way back in 2002) and I found these two webcam pictures of me and Carlo taken at my grandfather’s office. He was 7 years old that time and I was about 14 i think.

Oooops.. would you actually believe that’s Carlo?

SURPRISE!

Yes, Carlo used to be a thin kid. I used to have thick braces. One thing is still the same though: I enjoy taking pictures with him.

I can still remember how we actually force Carlo to eat. He doesn’t want to eat rice at all except if there’s red sauce. He would only eat if we have menudo or caldereta as our ulam for the day. He loved Pansit Canton way back and eventually got tired eating it all the time.

There were times wherein my Carlo and my mom would lock up in a room and force him to eat. He would cry and throw tantrums, but what can we do? I actually pity him a bit but he has to eat. He needs it to survive.

Now, We are actually worried because he’s gaining too much weight already.
