No matter how cheesy this photo looks like, this is priceless for me

I was able to talk to my mom awhile ago and I heard my brother singing Lady Gaga’s Poker Face at the background. His voice is still the same. I really miss him.

All I can do by now is reminisce:

11 Years of Laughter, 11 Years of Joy – This entry was written when I was still in Dagupan. We went to his school to give his classmates a Jollibee treat. As expected, he ate a lot. It was a heartwarming experience for me because it was the first time I was able to mingle with his schoolmates.

Someone’s turning 12 years old! – We were in Manila when we celebrated his 12th birthday. We went to Greenwich and had a little Pizza siesta.

Carlo’s 13th Birthday – My brother became a part of the “teens” group. Unfortunately for me, I wasn’t able to witness this event in his life. My mom and some of her friends managed to give my baby brother a simple birthday party – Filipino style.

Despite the distance, I am planning to celebrate my brother’s birthday too. I might go to one of his favorite fastfood chains and eat there with a friend or alone. Oh well. I miss my brother.

BTW, here’s a funny conversation that took place after I talked to mom:

Me: Hi Carlo! Happy Birthday!
Carlo: Pizza, Chicken Joy, Spagetti!
Me: Ay, wag naman ganyan. Di ako delivery girl.
Carlo: I Love You Forever.

And that made me smile

It’s time for a birthday celebration! Filipino Style

According to my mom, Carlo received a lot of gifts mostly drawing and coloring tools like pencils, paper, crayons, water color and more. He also received two jackets and a rubbershoes.

I, on the other hand celebrated his birthday working on some blogs. I know he enjoyed his birthday party as he sang a lot of song after eating

When I turned 19, I had a simple pika-pika with eight of my close friends. Carlo ate a lot (as expected LOL).

When I turned 20, I was here in Manila. I bought some pizza not because that’s my favorite. I bought it because Carlo loves pizza. I call him my pizza monster.

Now that I am about to turn 21, I am thinking of ways on how I will celebrate my birthday. All throughout the celebrations I mentioned earlier, Carlo was a big part of it. Carlo rendered a simple song and sat on my lap on my eighteenth birthday. Carlo almost finished the whole cake on my 19th birthday and Carlo demanded for pizza when I turned twenty. How will I celebrate this year?

I haven’t made any plans for tomorrow yet. There will be an event for bloggers tomorrow night but I don’t have any other plans other than that. Oh well.

My dear lovable Carlo turned 13 years old today!

I am happy because in a short span of time, Carlo adjusted well in England. His Yaya Virgie even claimed that Carlo loves the weather there. He is also doing well in school. The friends of my mom are planning to cook some of Carlo’s favorite foods like Spagetti, Menudo, Pizza, Ice Cream and a lot more!

If Carlo is with me today, I am quite sure that we’ll be enjoying a Mc Do or Jollibee meal. We’ll be eating some pizza too.

Since I can’t go there today and I am currently alone here in Manila, I decided to launch this blog and I created this slideshow the other night. Here’s my birthday tribute to my brother featuring his first week in England pictures. Enjoy!
